The attack took place Friday at the end of the morning, in ten minutes, in the parking lot of the Valentine shopping center, in the east of Marseille, according to the prosecution and the judicial police, confirming an initial information from the daily La Provence .
Target of the three men, dressed in black, gloved and hooded, at least one of which was equipped with a Kalashnikov-type weapon: an unmarked armored van came to deliver a jewelry from a shopping mall, AFP told AFP Deputy Interregional Director of the Marseille Judicial Police, Philippe Frizon. After threatening the two conveyors and spraying the van with flammable product, the three robbers seized several boxes and a bag, before setting fire to the car with which they had arrived and leaving the scene aboard 'a second vehicle.
