Munich - A hearty Leberkassemmel is high on the list of Bavarian national dishes. Sure, there are others. But for a quick snack in between, many rely on the simple yet tasty food that is available from almost every butcher and baker . Even if people from abroad do not seem to really know the snack bar, as was also shown in the "Leberkas mask", which went viral at Reddit & Co.
There are different views of how thick the liver loaf may be cut. Very few like it very delicate. You have to taste a little something. However, some people are not too fat either. And the mustard is one of those things *: should it be medium hot or should it be sweeter or none at all?
