The three confirmed cases were two women and one man, aged between 15 and 47 years old. The incubation period was in the UK and Pakistan respectively. In addition, regarding the case investigation of the Luquan Building in Liyuan Village, Shatian, the Protection Center stated that as of 4 pm today, the Center successfully contacted one more household with the assistance of the police to confirm that they had moved out of the Luquan Building before April. Four households still failed to get in touch.

The Centre for Health Protection announced in the afternoon that the three newly confirmed cases included a 26-year-old female patient who had previously lived in the United Kingdom. She had an illness in mid-March. The victim had a sore throat, lost her sense of smell and taste for several days, but she is asymptomatic. After returning to Hong Kong on June 5, it was tested at the AsiaWorld-Expo and sent to Princess Margaret Hospital.
The other two cases were 15-year-old female patients and 47-year-old male patients. They had traveled to Pakistan from February 27 to May 28. After returning to Hong Kong, they developed fever or cough symptoms on the 4th of this month. Epidemiology related, both were sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment by the quarantine center.

As for the epidemiological investigation and prevention work of the Luquanlou group in Liyuan Village, Shatian, as of 4pm today, the Health Center recovered a total of 1372 deep-throat saliva sample bottles in Luquanlou, 9 of which were leaked Need to submit again, 1363 samples have been tested. Except for 4 confirmed cases with positive reactions announced on June 2, all other samples were negative.
As of 4 p.m. today, with the assistance of the police, the center successfully contacted one more resident and confirmed that they had moved out of Luquan Building before April, and there were still 4 households unable to get in touch. The center strongly appealed and urged the residents of Luquanlou who failed to get in touch, contact the center staff as soon as possible, and submit samples to the center for early detection. As for Lian Yue Building in Kwai Lian Village, a total of 2 059 samples were recovered and tested, and no samples were positive.
