Damascus-Sana
The Arab medical company "Tamiko" has announced the dispatch of an ambulance shipment to Aleppo governorate, which includes 11 tons of various items produced by the company, in order to fill the shortage of medicines in the governorate.
The general manager of the company, Dr. Fida Ali, explained in a statement to SANA that the dispatch of these medicines came in response to the government's directives to bridge the shortfall in medicines due to the inability of some pharmaceutical factories from the private sector to produce due to the conditions of the blockade and unilateral economic coercive measures imposed on Syria.
And Dr. Ali indicated that the shipment of medicines worth 120 million Syrian pounds was provided by the workers and cadres of the company, which include "antibiotics, analgesics, blood sugar lowerors, pediatric syrups and hand disinfectants" and started this morning to Aleppo and will be delivered to the Pharmacists Syndicate in the governorate for later distribution to pharmacies. .
Dr. Ali revealed that this shipment will follow, on the initiative of the company, similar shipments to other governorates of various pharmaceutical items and will be sold at regular prices.
