New living space will be created in Bichl in the near future. The local council has now paved the way for numerous projects.
Bichl - Especially in the area of Feuerhausweg, a lot will change in Bichl. As already reported, a farmer moves here. Several new buildings are planned for the area, for which the municipal council has already paved the way. The most recent meeting was about the largest new building in this area, namely two five-family houses with twenty parking spaces. The discussion was primarily about this, or more precisely, the driveway. The client had already been asked in advance to arrange the parking spaces differently. The municipality wishes to straighten the Feuerhausweg at a narrow point so that the neighbor also has no problems with parking.
Second Mayor Helmut Oppel basically spoke of "successful planning for the property", but also regretted "that an old courtyard is no longer available". According to Mayor Benedikt Pössenbacher, a structural alternative would be to convert the existing house and stable into apartments. "It’s fine, but then it wouldn’t be as nicely structured as it is now."
The councilors did not criticize the appearance of the two large new buildings, only the parking spaces and the street layout have to be revised. Thomas Schäfer raised concerns about winding streets when the other new buildings came. Pössenbacher does not share this concern.
Construction is also taking place elsewhere in the village. In the large garden of an existing house in Ludlmühlstrasse, an apartment building with three apartments will be built. "It is a vacant lot," said Pössenbacher. The required ten parking spaces can be realized.
Jachenau doubles the parking fee
A semi-detached house on Wiesenweg is being torn down to make room for two single-family houses. Here, too, the local council has no objection, but discussed the parking spaces at a property. Because you cannot make friends with duplex garages. "We cannot ban them," said Pössenbacher. "But we have found that they are often not accepted and people park on the street." The client, fortunately, shows himself willing to talk and wants to try to find another solution for the access.
The Roßweide is also under construction. A farmer is planning a building on his property that houses a vacation home, as well as a vacation home, apprentices' room, woodchip heating and machine hall. Before implementation, however, the farmer still has to provide proof of fire protection, drinking water supply and wastewater disposal. At the request of the municipality, he should also have the flood protection checked.
A biomass heating system will soon be built on Herzogstandweg. After reviewing the plan, there were no objections.

However, the request of a citizen to change the land use plan on the Sportplatzstraße (at the confluence with the B 11) was not approved - neither for trade, nor for a solar park or even a mobile home parking space. "The application is not new, actually it comes back every six years," said Pössenbacher. The area is currently used for agriculture. "Our community should not be surrounded on three sides by commercial areas," said the mayor.
In addition, you are in line of sight to the church. The question is whether a solar park would be possible here anyway. "How our village should develop is an issue for the closed conference," said the third mayor Leonhard Peschl. Ultimately, the application was unanimously rejected.
