Around 50 sheep in the garden: It wasn't a dream and even the police didn't want to believe it at first. But a whole herd had strayed into Tanja Manhart's garden on Moosstrasse on Saturday evening.

Eichenau - The 39-year-old already knows the sheep. She lives next to the nature reserve and the animals are always nearby. “The chain link fence had a hole,” says Manhart. Through this the sheep flocked to the large garden. Manhart and her daughter heard unusual noises. "It sounds like it's raining," she reports. With a flashlight, they looked out of the window: "The sheep explored the garden and also went to the play equipment." They also ate the hedge and nibbled on the peppers in their neighbour's garden. "It was pretty funny."

However, Manhart finally called the police. The two officers would have been very happy about the slightly different mission. You could find the shepherd. This had already been looking for his flock. "It was probably the fourth time in a short time that they were exhausted," says Manhart. As soon as the shepherd was there, the animals ran to him. He drove her to the nearby pasture with his German shepherd.

The animal visit was also an adventure for Tanja Manhart. The sheep did no damage. "Everything is fine except for the legacies," says the 39-year-old and laughs.

Some sheep have also recently taken a walk on Lake Starnberg.

And the police in Germering picked up black sheep from the car tuning scene.
