The index indicates that the Tel Aviv-Jaffa municipality is in first place in relation to LGBT. In the second place stands the Rishon Lezion municipality with a particularly high culture score, which initiated dozens of pride events, cultural activities and public relations information. In the third place is the Givatayim municipality, which, in addition to the current ones, issued a charter. Equality and tolerance of the city in order to ensure the safety of members and community members of the city.

In the fourth place stands the municipality of Ramat Gan. In the fifth to tenth places are the municipalities of Kfar Saba (the leader in education), Beer Sheva, Haifa, Ramat Hasharon, Kiryat Bialik and Raanana. The Beersheba municipality, located in sixth place, participates in the financing of the proud home of the city, funded and organized the pride events and assisted in organizing and funding the Trans community community.

The measure comprehensively examined the attitudes of cities and local authorities across the country to the LGBT community and how they supported and promoted community needs in the urban space over the past year. 29 cities and local authorities promoting LGBT and community-led actions were measured based on dozens of questions in five categories: Welfare, education, infrastructure, visibility and security and culture. The aim of the project is to strengthen cooperation with the local authorities which has a direct impact on the lives of members of the proud community.

The measure examined, among other things, whether the municipality made adjustments in the various municipal forms for LGBT families, whether there was a therapeutic response for LGBT people and whether a municipality supported or refused to support the pride event.

The municipality of Jerusalem stands at the bottom of the list in 22nd place, the lowest place for a big city. The municipality does not conduct activities on its behalf for the LGBT public in the city. The municipality does not address the LGBT on the municipal platforms and does not access basic basic services for the community's needs. In addition, the municipality does not participate at all in funding the month of pride and tolerance in the city despite the murder of the late Banker Shira and does not budget the open house in Jerusalem evenly, despite a High Court ruling on the matter. At the bottom of the list are places 27-29 targeted by Bat Yam, Pardes Hanna Karkur and Nahariya. It should be noted that these municipalities refused to comment on the measure.

According to the LGBT Association Chairman, Hila Farr: "Every city should give expression to the character of the residents and residents in its urban space and we are pleased to see the widespread benefit for members and community members in the various cities. In an era where LGBT people from all over the country still experience passion "Bophobia, Hate and Discrimination Just because of their sexual orientation and gender identity, we must make sure that the light of pride and tolerance reaches everywhere and every sector.
