Israeli police have not yet made arrests following the pursuit by Bedouin residents of Bir Hagej village of IDF officers, which was documented in Tiktuk and published last week.

A police official tells "Israel Today" that although the suspect's identity is known and despite intense activity in the past week, those involved in the incident have not yet been identified. He said that in all the activities in the village, he was empty of men, and suspicion that those involved in the chase had crossed the border into Sinai and left the country.
