Eating in Eilat

Eilat hotels are coming back to life, tourists are coming and they need to eat. Accordingly, "Isrotel" made the necessary changes to the hotels located within the chain hotels and reopened them.   

La Cucina Restaurant, conducted by Ripple David Chef, an Italian restaurant with an emphasis on Tuscan cuisine in southern Italy. All dishes are made from fresh raw ingredients, with authentic Italian seasoning. Opened at the end of May and the hours are Sunday to Friday from 18:00 to 23:00. Every day, the chef offers her familiar and beloved dishes: gnocchi romana, Pilatu Gorgonzola, Rigtoni Pimonteza, risotto dimare and carpaccio alongside special dishes such as arancini, risotto balls and more.

The lounge restaurant offers a surprising new concept as part of the after-dinner classic film footage from the dining world. The meal itself will cost NIS 250 per person and will consist of less than eleven dishes and unlimited wine. Among the dishes to be served we can find Rocha steak - chunks of shit served on rocket salad, potato and seared onion for personal burn on the table; Chopped steak from sirloin and entrecote - fresh and old-fashioned precursor instead of burgundy sauce; Chicken liver feta - alongside red onion jam and more.

GDB is expanding the menu

The hamburger buffet, a collaboration between butchers George Abdo and Arthur Kushner with the group we like you too (Café Nordoy, Nordinho), has been a hit ever since it opened and many queues have been watched until the Corona began, causing it to close and make deliveries only. 

Now, apart from the unique burgers of the place, an intriguing "steak and fries" menu, made up of a select marinated sirloin steak, has been added to the menu. On top of that, Kushner promised and worked a special and daily meat dish, so it was probably worth arriving, and even more than once.

Opening Summer at Klata 15

The Italian restaurant that opened last December is launching a huge street-facing terrace for diners who prefer the summery, open air. The Jerusalem restaurant from the hotel opened its doors in early June with a new Mediterranean summer menu.

 Yakimono Hilton returns to normal

The Hilton Fish Restaurant has been reopened for the post-Corona era and offers an attractive business menu alongside a new Japanese tasting menu. The business menu offers NIS 99 per diner (including free parking), soup and appetizers, main course and espresso coffee for dessert. Main dishes include fish and vegetable tempura mix, sakana yakitori (3 types of fish on skewer in teriyaki sauce). The business menu is served Sunday to Thursday from 12:30 to 16:00

The tasting menu - offers a perfect Japanese meal. The menu brings together the flagship, favorite and popular dishes of the restaurant over the years, leading the diners to a sensational tasting experience. Price NIS 500 per couple (including 2 glasses of wine). The tasting menu is served Sunday to Thursday, from 17:00 to 21:00. And on Saturday night you find the Sabbath until 9pm.

The Georgian pastry house "Lela" in the Carmel market pops up on the purity of the Eastern European heifers and this is definitely a reason for the party.
