Everyone was also charged with one unlicensed maintenance of telecommunications facilities, alleging that they maintained an unlicensed radio transceiver with two unauthorized channels in Hong Kong on January 1.

The charge alleges that Chen Tongri had an unlicensed radio in the Happy Valley Trail in Happy Valley, and Yu and Miao had nine radios and four radios in Hong Kong. The defendant was granted bail of 10,000 yuan, and he was not allowed to leave Hong Kong during the period.
