Liu Wei Kuang said that today he received a lawyer's notice that the prosecution will apply to change and charge all the people involved in the crime of riots. The original charge of the prosecution charged was "entering or staying in the conference room", and the maximum sentence was 3 months' imprisonment; the revised charge was 10 years' imprisonment. The defendant will appear in court tomorrow (10th).

The defendant in the same case still has Sun Xiaolan, the former president of the Hong Kong University Student Union. She also said on the social network that she had just received a lawyer's notice and changed the charge from "entering or staying in the conference hall" into a riot for the July 1 Legislative Assembly.
