ISIS fighters in West Africa (ISWAP) killed 59 people in an attack on a pastoralist village in northeastern Nigeria on Tuesday, local militiamen and a local manager. The attackers attacked the village of Felo, in the district of Gubio (Borno State), around 2 p.m. (universal time), killing 59 inhabitants, according to the head of the anti-jihadist militia Babakura Kolo, whose toll was confirmed by another militiaman and a local chief.
