The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (Manul) said Thursday it was horrified by reports of the discovery of at least eight mass graves in western Libya, according to a statement.

" La Manul notes with horror the information on at least eight mass graves discovered in recent days, most of them in Tarhouna ", south-east of Tripoli, the last stronghold of the forces of Marshal Khalifa Haftar in the west of the country taken on June 5 by the forces of the Government of National Unity (GNA), recognized by the UN.
