The Secretary-General of the Turkish Communist Party Kemal Okyan described the unilateral coercive measures against Syria and the so-called "Caesar Law" as a "barbaric approach" that Washington constantly pursues against militant states and peoples.
Okyan said in a statement today: “It is not the first time that America and European countries impose economic, financial, trade and political sanctions on Syria, and they have all not affected the will and steadfastness of the Syrian people, who triumphed over the terrorists and withstood the greatest imperialist, colonial and reactionary aggression that history has never seen before” .
Okyan noted the steadfastness of the Syrian people during the past years in the face of brutal, immoral and inhuman aggression.
