IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OPENMEDIAS - In an exceptional setting, Diving Center Fornells offers scuba diving for all levels, between conviviality, safety and respect for the environment.

Located in the Balearic Islands, in the bay of Fornells in the north of the island of Menorca, the diving center Diving Center Fornells has been welcoming holidaymakers since 1999 for scuba diving in a unique natural reserve.

The oldest diving center on the island, Diving Center Fornells now has eight employees who are expert and passionate about diving, including six instructors and a biologist. Just two hours by plane from Paris, the Hispanic center, French and English, welcomes its students by offering up to four outings per day.

At Diving Center Fornells, the premises are located just 20 meters from the pier, so that tourists can take full advantage of the scuba diving experience without constraint. Five minutes by boat are then enough to reach the nature reserve.

Beginners, amateurs, or confirmed, the students are brought by boat to a suitable place according to their level. Whether through snorkelling (fins, masks, snorkels), the use of sea scooters, or thanks to an underwater drone which allows you to bring back a souvenir video of the excursion, Diving Center Fornells offers additional activities to make diving fun and unforgettable.

The center also offers certified diving courses, whether for recreational dives (PADI) or technical dives (IANTD).

Diving Center Fornells values

Certified green center, the dive center is committed to educating its customers about protecting the environment.

Diving Center Fornells is therefore implementing various actions in this direction: theoretical courses are now provided in e-learning to avoid overconsumption of paper. The center also participates in beach cleanups and makes observations on the evolution of the quality of the seabed on behalf of the Project Tower foundation.

With its experience, Diving Center Fornells wishes to offer in the future an activity of initiation to snorkeling. One way for the center manager, Philippe Taquin, to continue to share with as many people as possible, this passion for underwater activities.
