The folk rally team launched a "flowering everywhere, community exhibition" event at 8 pm to urge the public to sing and sing in locations throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, including Sogo Department Store in Causeway Bay, Langham Place in Mong Kok, Nathan Road and Cameron Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. In addition, at the same time, some netizens also launched the "6.12. Rekindling. Chorus" activity, with shopping centers in various districts as gathering places.

Before the start of the event, riot police officers stationed and patrolled near the event site and intercepted the passing citizens. Near the event time, some uniformed police officers broadcast ahead of time to remind them not to stay during the "restriction order". Among them, about 20 uniformed police officers erected loudspeakers outside the SOGO department store in Causeway Bay to broadcast police appeals. Stay healthy.

Observations in various districts have shown that if the location of the activity is a shopping mall or an indoor place, the risk of road blockage is low, and the police will be alert near the entrance or the shopping mall without excessive intervention. Among them, dozens of people gathered at the Lennon Wall on the ground floor of Yuen Long West Railway Station. After they sang, the riot police immediately pulled up the cordon, warned those present at the violation of the restraint order, and charged multiple people, including the Yuen Long District Council Chairman Huang Weixian. When the crowd retreated to Yuen Long Station, the police intercepted the entrance and exit and charged three people, but no further dispersal.

Over 100 demonstrators gathered and called for slogans in the atrium of the New City Plaza in Shatian, the New Century Plaza in Mong Kok, and the open space of Wong Tai Sin Plaza. About 50 riot police officers and several media liaison team officers were on alert at Sha Tin Station. Some police officers held pepper ball guns and intercepted passers-by, but did not enter the mall to disperse. There were plainclothes police officers inspecting the situation in the mall. There are also uniformed police officers stationed outside the Wong Tai Sin Square, without any law enforcement action.
