Reviewing the HOS projects that are about to be completed, it is expected that Fo Tan Caihe Garden, Queen's Hill Hill Gardens, Ma On Shan Kam Chun Garden, and Diamond Hill Kai Cheung Court will have the opportunity to be sold this year. A total of about 7,000 units, including Diamond Hill Kai Xiangyuan is the most eye-catching, with a convenient location, and about 900 units are available in the market.

Shanliyuan provides more than 3000 units
Queen's Hill Hill Gardens in Fanling is expected to be completed in 2020/21. Although the location is relatively remote, it is a "large household", providing a total of about 3,200 HOS units, and public housing projects are also being built nearby, providing 8,865 units for rent, with a huge site size.
However, Shanliyuan is far from the city center of Fanling and is a distance away from the Fanling MTR station. It takes more than 30 minutes to walk and depends on the local transportation.

Choi Wo Court may be able to "buy and live"
As for Caihe Garden, located on Heshangdun Street, Fotan, about 800 units are provided, which are also remote and close to the industrial zone. The nearest MTR station of Choi Wo Court is Fo Tan Station, but it takes about 20 minutes on foot. The address is adjacent to the newly built public housing Junyang Village, but Junyang Village is currently temporarily converted into a quarantine center.
As the completion period of Caihe Court is 2020/21 years, and as seen from the scene, Caihe Court has been demolished, and it is expected that the estate can be sold in the existing building.

Convenient transportation in Panqixiang Garden
The most eye-catching Diamond Hill Qixiang Garden, providing a total of about 900 units, is expected to be completed in 2022, and also have the opportunity to be sold in the next phase of HOS.
Qixiang Garden is located beside Diamond Hill Station of MTR Station. It is in an excellent location and is the old site of Dahom Village. The project is close to the private housing estate "Xinghe Mingju". The nearby facilities are mature and there are also large shopping malls. The whole site will become a comprehensive public housing area, of which five are for public rental housing, two are for HOS sale, and there is also a living water park.

Jinjunyuan Mountain facing the sea
Kam Chun Court in Ma On Shan is also expected to be completed in 2022. The project is located on Ma'anshan Road, with a total of five buildings, providing more than 2,000 units, a very large scale.
The project is facing the sea and facing the sea, and it is expected to enjoy vast mountain views, but there are various real estates in the front, such as private buildings, Lanan, Jiahua Xingtao Bay and Haidian Bay. It is expected that only high-rise units can enjoy sea views. The site is located between Dashuikeng and Heng'an Stations on the M'an Maanshan Line, close to the hillside, and closer to the Dashuikeng Station.
