The Mont-Saint-Michel abbey reopens on Monday June 15, 2020 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The new reception and visit conditions will be online the day before, ”reads the website of Mont-Saint-Michel, a major tourist destination in the world. Confined for two months, Mont-Saint-Michel had come back to life with the return of visitors and the reopening of its shops, except cafes and restaurants, on May 11.

Due to the health crisis, specific measures had been put in place on the Mont, with a single direction of circulation in the village, in order to avoid people crossing.
