Zoom closes company to commemorate June 4th event account: at the request of the Chinese government

Zoom said that they decided to terminate the other three events and suspend the sponsor account because two of the conferences had a large number of participants in China, and the other was because people in mainland China participated.

They said in a statement: "The Chinese government informed us that this kind of event is illegal in China, and requested Zoom to terminate the event and the sponsor's account."

The company admits that it is wrong to close the accounts of the United States, Hong Kong and Hong Kong, and the entire session. The company did not blockade the entire meeting according to the country where the user is located, because Zoom cannot do this now; and the company should anticipate this need.
