The new Corona virus has killed more than 428,000 people worldwide since its outbreak in December.

The WorldMeter website, which tracks the spread of the virus in terms of prevalence, deaths and infections, said that 428,248 deaths worldwide were recorded out of 77,322,952 reported infections.

Europe recorded the largest number of deaths, which amounted to 68,843 out of 236,538 cases, but Latin America is the region where the epidemic is spreading more quickly, with 76,343 deaths out of 156,938 cases.

For her part, warned the Secretary-General of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean that the epidemic "can take us back 13 years ... We must see how it is possible to avoid the health crisis become a food crisis."

Governments around the world face many accusations of mismanaging the emerging Corona virus crisis or of delaying measures to contain it, while fears are increasing in several countries of a second wave of infections resulting from the rapid removal of isolation.

In Europe, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte made a statement about three hours ago about the Italian government's management of the new Corona crisis, while anger escalated in France, where it submitted about 60 complaints against ministers.

The former Minister of Economy, Arno Montburg, considered that the country was poor in its performance and that many deaths could have been avoided had the health crisis management been organized differently.
