The triple star of La Monnaie offers take-out and delivery of dishes from its different brands. On the Chiberta website (one Michelin star), you can order a daily menu billed at € 55 with two starters, two dishes and two desserts of your choice, for example: pea soup, cream with herbs; lean roast, vegetables, aioli sauce; vanilla rice pudding. But also, and this should be emphasized because few chefs dare to transport their signature dishes, two gastronomic entrees: the famous artichoke soup with black truffle, escorted by its truffled butter, its parmesan shavings, its strips of truffle and its puff pastry buns with mushrooms (110 €) and the supreme of Bresse poultry, foie gras and artichoke, truffle vinaigrette (90 €).
