The facts took place on Wednesday June 10. This patient, aged about fifty, was hospitalized for follow-up in gastroenterology. During the day, this 24-year-old stretcher bearer - one of the eight employees of the hospital - entered the patient's room and explained to her that she had to prepare for a radio. The 50-year-old then went to the bathroom, followed by the man, who attacked her and subjected her to a digital rape, inserting her fingers into the victim's vagina before leaving the room, leaving the traumatized patient.

In the process, a nurse arrived on the scene, and was alerted by the patient. No radio was programmed for her that day. It was a health executive who alerted the hospital management as well as the local police station. The patient filed a complaint the same day.
