Hausham - The Operation Health Center in Hausham begins. The Raiffeisenbank in the Oberland will make the first cut for the major project on Monday, June 15. In order to limit the impairments for the residents to a tolerable level, the Raiffeisenbank, the Seemüller pharmacy, the law firm Baltzer, the doctor's offices of Dr. Müller and Dr. The bank announced that Zattler and the cosmetic studio were in operation during the construction phase. The blocking of the P + R parking spaces at the station until the end of November, however, is essential.

As reported, Raiffeisenbank has the existing building at Bahnhofstrasse 4 extended from two to three floors and connected to the neighboring building at Bahnhofstrasse 2 with a two-story intermediate building. A new building will be built on the current P + R car park in the north. The cars should disappear in an underground car park with 90 parking spaces. Originally, the starting signal for the new health center should have been given two years ago, but the legacies of the mining in Hausham made extensive investigations of the underground necessary.

In its communication, Raiffeisenbank also speaks of an "intensive planning and project phase". In addition to the bank, the participants included the Miesbach architecture firm Staudinger, the project development company M-Design Michael Müller from Holzkirchen and the construction company Hans Holzner from Rosenheim. All work would be carried out in close coordination with the Hausham community, the bank assures. The cooperation in the planning phase - also with the district office - was "always constructive and uncomplicated", thanks the deputy chairman of the Raiffeisenbank in the Oberland, Manfred Gasteiger.

The bank has not yet announced a completion date for the health center. However, the work should be accommodated by the fact that the relocation of the level crossing as another large construction site in the immediate vicinity is still a long way off. At any rate, no start date has been communicated. Even so, the housemates have to be prepared for some inconveniences. Noises and possibly parking problems can be expected on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., reports the Raiffeisenbank. "We ask for leniency and thank you in advance for your understanding."

When the new health center is ready, citizens can look forward to extensive medical care. Two general practitioners, physicians for physical medicine and orthopedics, two general practitioners, a cardiologist, an angiologist and a gastroenterologist will move in as well as a practice for physiotherapy with a medical training area, day care, a cosmetic studio and a law firm. The pharmacy is expanded. 250 square meters of usable space are still available for rent on the ground floor.
