The tour included the villages of Dirbel, Hina, Mughar al-Meir and Nahiya Sa`sa, where the committee met some farmers and citizens, listened to their suffering and demands and promised to implement them.

During their briefing on the new residential city of Dimas, engineer Ayman Mutlaq, Director General of the General Housing Corporation, gave a glimpse of the project located in the Dimas Plain, west of the Al-Assad villages suburb, pointing out that the city has a surface area of ​​500 hectares, of which 175 hectares is a campus of tension invested as green spaces, while the total number of housing units 24754 units distributed over 15,626 youth housing units and 9128 housing units for the owners of the land acquired “earmarked as a shareholder prepared for construction”. Work is underway to implement the youth housing project in its fifth and final stage, as it is implemented over a period of 12 years.

The Minister of Public Works and Housing Eng. In turn, Al-Qadri pointed out that these tours will have positive outputs in the form of decisions and programs that we will see on the ground and will be followed up in the relevant ministries with a view to implementing them, noting that the focus in the Jabal Sheikh region is on modern irrigation projects as they are one of the most important fruit-producing areas such as apples, cherries, etc. and currently work Two projects under this framework are being implemented in cooperation with an international organization, as the region suffers from a lack of water resources.

The Governor of Damascus countryside, engineer Alaa Munir Ibrahim said that the importance of this tour lies in looking directly at the needs of the region and the necessary projects that need to be funded in addition to listening to the problems of the people and their demands, pointing out that there is a continuation in implementing the projects and following up the needs and demands of all the people.

During the visit, a memorial to the martyrs was inaugurated in the village of Boqasem, and the Martyrs' Square was opened in the area of ​​Arnah.
