After being found in her home in a serious condition last Friday night with a head injury - the 29-year-old woman died of furniture, which was allegedly beaten by her partner. At Soroka Hospital, where she was led by MDA staff, she was brain dead.
After finding the woman, police began investigating the scene and collecting findings, and were later detained for questioning the woman's 32-year-old spouse and several family members. The Be'er Sheva Magistrate's Court decided to extend the spouse's arrest until Sunday, on suspicion of causing the injury. Police said during the day the suspect will be brought for a second arrest request in court "on suspicion of easily perpetrating an opinion and disrupting investigative proceedings." The couple has three children aged 8,5 and 9 who have been cared for by family members.
