The government started issuing the first batch of subsidies the other day and revealed that it has completed processing 25,500 employer applications, 98% of which are SMEs with fewer than 50 employees, involving about 4.8 billion yuan. In addition, the first batch of 24,000 self-employed persons who successfully applied for a one-off grant have also received a grant of 7,500 yuan, involving 180 million yuan.

The number of wages will not be less than the number of employees employed in March; and the wage subsidy will be used for employee wages.
