The Nazareth District Court will hear this Wednesday's request for the early release of Gilad Oil from Kibbutz Maagan, who murdered his girlfriend Einav Rogel from Kibbutz Sha'ar Golan in 1991.

This is in the wake of the Rogel family's fight against the recommendation of the life imprisonment committee for the president of the state to cut Oil's sentence to 30 years in prison. In 2009, then-state President Shimon Peres sentenced his 36-year sentence to life - the most severe sentence imposed on the murder of women in Israel.

In an attempt to cut the oil sentence by seven years, protesters of Einav Rogel's family, friends, acquaintances and loved ones will face the kibbutz and outside the court on Wednesday, shouting: "Women's blood is not lawless. There is no 'good behavior' for murder." For Nurit Rogel, the late Einav's mother, this is another war of attrition that she has had to deal with for more than a decade.

"Every year our nerves are plucked. If there was a bail life sentence without debates, at least we could grieve quietly and the hypocrisy for the pursuit of humanity and humanity would cease," says Nurit angrily. ".

Two months before the murder, Einav told her parents that Gilad was violently treating her, and asked that they be picked up from the base because he was threatening her. Einav was a 19-year-old soldier at the time, and Gilad was a freed soldier who was already charged and acquitted of doubt during his military service for negligently killing a Palestinian girl in Gaza during the first intifada. Since he constantly harassed Einav, he was required not to enter the kibbutz, but on June 29, 1991, he entered her apartment and shot her to death.
