Ottobrunn - A 17-year-old Haushamer crashed into a BMW on his Yamaha scooter in Ottobrunn on Sunday and was slightly injured.
Haushamer scooter driver collides with BMW, must go to clinic
According to the police, a 21-year-old from Munich drove his state road 2078 into the city at 9:15 p.m. At the same time, the 17-year-old drove his Yamaha in the opposite direction. When the BMW turned left onto a gas station, the Haushamer drove his light motorcycle frontally onto the right side of the car. He fell and sustained minor injuries. He was admitted to a Munich clinic for further treatment.
The 21-year-old driver was not injured. There was little damage to the car. The light motorcycle suffered a total loss. The police estimate the total damage to be several thousand euros.
The accident recording caused minor traffic disruptions. The traffic police now determine the cause of the accident.
