More than 6,600 Peruvians died as a result of covid-19, as reported by Johns Hopkins University on Monday. The Church of Peru held a Corpus Christi mass in the Basilica of Lima in memory of the victims. As a tribute, more than 5,000 photographs were displayed with the faces of those who lost their lives.
