A jewellery shop in Song Fu Shopping Centre, Tin Wah Road, Tin Shui Wai, was robbed at 7.45pm today (16th). It was reported on the scene that several thieves with big hammers and sticks broke into the gold bank to intimidate the staff, and smashed the window glass with the hammer, looted a batch of gold ornaments worth about 1.1 million and fled. The store clerk pressed the alarm bell and called the police. The police received a report to investigate, and blocked the shopping mall to search for the thief.

According to the CCTV footage of the mall, at 7:42 pm, four men masked in black and white costumes, holding big hammers and sticks, broke into the Far East Jewelry and robbed at the site. At that time, there were not many tourists in the mall. The petitions evaded, and the staff of the adjacent shop immediately pulled the brakes. During the robbery, 7 to 8 male and female employees and customers were rushed out of the jewelry store. Jewelry fled, boarded and answered the private car and left. After the police initially counted, the jewelry store lost 1.1 million gold ornaments.

At 8:38 pm, the police found that a private car was on fire on the Western Highway of Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The private car was seriously burned. The police initially believed that the fire was suspicious. It is unknown whether it was related to the previous robbery.
