The other girl involved in the Maccabi Tel Aviv football and minority football incident came Tuesday to give her testimony to the investigators of a Central Youth Police Exposure Unit. This girl was also asked about the nature of her acquaintance with the players, the meetings, and more. Among other things, she presented researchers with a record of threats she received on cellular and social networks.

After nearly seven hours, the girl finished her testimony. It is believed that following her testimony and other materials being examined, players will be invited for further investigation. Her testimony has already been rejected twice because of what her relatives claim is her dire state of mind.

Her family has hired the lawyer for Shai Gas, who advises her, and directed the girl to file a formal complaint against the players for a cause along with a complaint of threats against her online. The family's intention and demand to file a complaint we reported days ago in Israel today. Recall that the other girl testified the day before the players were questioned, but did not file a complaint that the investigation had actually been initiated by the police.

The players themselves, who had already given testimony for hours on Sunday evening, through their lawyers, lawyers Yinon Hyman and Adi Carmeli, appealed to the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court and sought to extend the ban on the publication of their identity, which was due to expire on Wednesday. They claim that revealing their identity will be damaged and there is no public interest in it. At the conclusion of the hearing, the court ruled that the order would remain in effect until another decision. By the way, their attorneys argued in court that one of the girls posted a photo of one of the players in his home and without his knowledge. He added that the footballer contacted the girl and demanded that he be removed. The reference thus emerges from the examination was before the affair was revealed, so it is not a disruption of an investigation by the girl.

We note that contrary to the players' associations, the evidence that led to the investigators, which includes correspondence and screenshots in which the girls are 17 and 18 years old, will lead the police to close the case already after the girls testimony. Police said that after all the evidence was in the hands of the investigators and that the cellular devices would be checked, the case would be submitted for review and decision by the prosecutor's office.

It is not inevitable that this is the order for the completion of an investigation before a final decision is made in a discussion of the players' request to extend the prohibition order. The only investigative representative stated: "There are other investigative actions to be done and will continue throughout the week. The investigation is not in any way ongoing." If the police intend to execute, you will ask witnesses and all those involved may be summoned for further investigation.

Among other things, the girls say through their close associates and also the attorneys hired by families, Attorney Gas and Attorney Romy Knabel, that the girls at no point told players they were over the age of consent but vice versa. They claimed that they were high school students. Attorney Gas also added that Impressed at a glance at the girl he represents because she even looks younger than her age.

The two attorneys, each for his client, asked the police to investigate at the same time who leaked the contents of the girls' correspondence with their girlfriends leading to the unveiling of the affair but, worse, they allegedly "led to unbridled shaming of the girls on social networks." The girl who testified today stated that she did not correspond with the players nor showed her ID. The girl who came in the third to give testimony, like her friend, stated that she "felt humiliated and exploited by the situation created".

Recall that the actors do not deny the relationship but according to them the girls stated that they are above consent age. We note that the two footballers appeared in police on the first evening and were interrogated for about four hours under warning. Police attribute to them a felony of prohibited consent and serving alcohol to minors. At the conclusion of the investigation, they were released on bail but without restrictive conditions.

Their attorneys, attorneys Adi Carmeli Winon Hyman, said they cooperated in their investigation and presented evidence to police, including call correspondence, which supported their version of not knowing they were minors under 18. They even allowed investigators to test their cell phones. "The feeling after the interrogation and unconditional release is good. A fact that no restrictions were imposed or imposed on them, only stabilized for interrogations when required."
