The ministerial delegation, which visited Daraa Governorate today, was briefed on the reality of work in the grain marketing center with direct sales and operations in the popular market in Daraa. During the meeting, the attendees ’demands focused on rehabilitating the old court of justice, cladding the new court of justice, finding permanent headquarters for judicial complexes and courts that were reactivated after liberating Daraa from terrorism, excluding Daraa from the guide to classifying agricultural lands, creating an industrial city in Daraa, and increasing the Syrian branch’s share of the subsidized materials and restoring Opening the closed outlets, repairing the second line in Yarmouk Mill, and rehabilitating the pasta factory.
It was also called for securing the necessary credits for road and sanitation projects, addressing the reality of industrial facilities built before 2012, providing the Real Estate Department Directorate, financial departments and public banks with cadres, compensating citizens whose property was damaged by terrorism, and restoring the branches of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank in Nawa and Khirbet Ghazala.
The attendees called for the rehabilitation of the Badia wells, increasing the allocations of Daraa from electrical energy, finding headquarters for the Damascus University branch, rehabilitating government irrigation channels, establishing agricultural food industries projects, supporting the budget of the cities of Daraa and Busra, restoring the Daraa headquarters, creating a branch of the General Corporation for Poultry, re-opening the grain marketing center in Nawa, and introducing a project Irrigation of Kaheel Busra with service and rehabilitation of the two telephone centers in Daraa Al-Balad and Sheikh Miskin, improving the reality of drinking water in Sheikh Miskin, increasing the budget of the General Authority of Daraa Hospital, rehabilitating 4 cultural centers and launching small industrial facilities.
The Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, Dr. Muhammad Samer Al-Khalil, pointed out the efforts made by the state in securing basic services, especially fuel, bread and subsidized materials, stressing the endeavor to solve the problems of the province, especially with regard to the land classification guide, the rehabilitation of public sector facilities and the restoration of schools and health centers, adding: “We seek To establish an industrial city in Daraa to be an incubator for industries and a nucleus to attract investments and operate the workforce. ”He assured that everything that was proposed during the meeting will be followed up to find appropriate solutions for it.
For his part, Minister of Justice Judge Counselor Hisham Al-Shaar indicated that it would be a moment to rehabilitate the old court of justice, to cover the new court of justice and to find permanent headquarters for judicial complexes and courts that were reactivated after liberating Daraa from terrorism.
The Minister of Communications and Technology, Eng. Iyad Al-Khatib, indicated that 4 new telephone centers are back in service today, bringing the total number to about 25 telephone centers compared to 10 centers beginning in 2018, indicating that the Ministry has developed plans to rehabilitate the telephone centers, according to the available capabilities.
Minister Al-Khatib pointed out that the reality of the construction structure of the centers of Sheikh Miskin and Daraa Al-Balad was studied and is working to rehabilitate the Nawa phone center and laying cables for the movement center. The Ministry also implemented a modern center for citizen service in the city of Daraa and wireless networks in areas where there is no telephone exchange or difficult to access Work is being done to solve the problems related to weak cellular network.
Eng. Ahmed Al-Hariri, director of the Syrian Telecom Branch in Daraa, said that the capacity of the centers entering service today in Sidon, Al-Musayfara, and Al-Tayyibah, and the share of 18,000 phone lines, indicating that the centers' equipment was transferred from other destroyed centers and installed by the staff of the institution.
In the grain marketing center, the director of the Syrian Grain Branch, Eng. Issam Al-Sayasneh, confirmed that the reality of marketing is good, and that before the opening of the marketing centers, maintenance and processing of laboratories, domes, technical staff and storage requirements were carried out, while the director of agriculture, Engineer Abdel-Fattah al-Rahal, explained that the current agricultural season is promising, and receiving operations are currently taking place at the grain centers, stressing Peasants' satisfaction with the new wheat pricing, which is disbursed with the necessary speed through agricultural bank branches.
The farmer, Majd Al-Din Khattab, pointed out that the marketing procedures are good, the samples are taken easily and easily, and the new pricing is good.
During the tour on the popular market in Daraa, the engineer, Amin Al-Omari, told a SANA reporter that the market was equipped on the airport promenade and provides products from the product to the consumer directly without intermediaries.
