Garrigós charges against the Court. Berni charges Frederic and Rodríguez. And Fernández lets do.

Alberto Fernández is finding it harder and harder to make people believe he's in charge . The last example was given by the intervener of the Federal Penitentiary Service, that is, the new head of the prison guards, who came out of nowhere to denounce that the Supreme Court "does not work as it should" and "seems to be from the last century." And more: she said that "we deserve another Court."

Her name is María Garrigós and she is a retired judge who founded the Cristinista Justicia Legítima group. If it is already serious for a second-order official to speak in this way about things that have nothing to do with her position , more serious is what she said: not even the Minister of Justice can make the role of the Court so cheap , that by itself not remembered is a state power and an independent power.

We all know that Garrigós speaks for Cristina and circulates with Cristina's badge , starting with Fernández. And we also know that if Fernández answered each of the spokespersons that Cristina has in her government, she would spend it replicating all the time. It proves two things: that it has delivered the handling of justice and that is why it will continue to pay costs. One of two or two in one: he lets do because he does not disagree or because he cannot prevent Cristina from doing .

Another open controversy that strikes the President is the one held by the Sergio Berni Province Minister of Security with the Ministry of National Security.

- Do you get support from the Nation ?, asked journalist Luis Novaresio Berni.

-Nothing.

-I reformulate the question: if you ask Frederic (the minister) to assist you, do you assist him?

-I repeat again: nothing.

The missing question was: How about asking Fernández? It is not known who would have answered. Yes, we know what Berni has said with all the lyrics: his boss is Cristina Kirchner, not Fernández.

Here is a fight within another fight and this time within Cristina's camp : Berni's with Frederic and with Frederic's chief of staff, Cecilia Rodríguez. Rodríguez is a political scientist and at the proposal of Berni was Cristina's Minister of Security between 2013 and 2015. Berni was the Secretary of Security and although she did not appear to be and probably was not really , she was his boss. Berni was the one who weighed and appeared everywhere, as she appeared talking non-stop with Cristina in Nisman's apartment the morning of her death.

Berni is the one you see and the one he wants to be noticed : a man of action and a kind of security champion who comes out armed like Rambo to look for the murderer of a gendarme. He is the closest thing to a right-wing Christian who likes the middle sectors and dreams of being governor. Rodríguez comes from Nuevo Encuentro, the left wing of Christianity with leaders close to the Communist party. Before being with Frederic, she was Secretary of Security for the municipality of Avellaneda, a bastion of Christianity.

The two have close and frequent contact with Cristina and both now face a problem that the pandemic reduced to a minimum : crime. The quarantine also flattened the crime curve : murders, robberies and thefts fell very sharply. But the situation has begun to turn around, especially in the Conurbano. The backdrop is the depth of the social crisis , with poverty on the way to 50%. There is a risk that insecurity will escalate to the peaks of 2002 and 2014. Obvious: Berni, Frederic and Rodríguez chose the worst time to war their internal.
