Israeli politics is creative and interesting. The three unelected election campaigns created new suits, about a century after it moved from the Ottoman Muslim world. Problematic reality sometimes forces structured problematic solutions.

The coalition was made possible for one reason only: the wonderful conceptual flexibility of blue and white. Desperate ministerial positions were enough for blue and white voters to join Netanyahu, whose opposition was their only message in the election campaigns. The flexibility in question has been fantastic these days, when Knesset members from every spectrum of blue and white parties have joined forces with a Norwegian-sponsored coalition.

The anger over the plurality of ministers and the salaries of other Knesset members during these days of Corona is understandable. The hope for internal unity, and a shared national confrontation with the health and economic challenge, were an argument for spending money. Despite the flattering Likud polls and the despair of blue and white, no one is interested in the elections. However, this does not prevent the Likud from realizing its vision of applying sovereignty, even against the reality that white blue has no vision.

The dimming of their election campaign days continues. Israel is facing a historic opportunity, which it is doubtful will return. When the Haaretz newspaper echoes David Lahiani who opposes the plan, for me it is a good plan. It is a pity that Ashkenazi and Gantz's bleakness and slackness can cause Americans to minimize the implementation of the plan.

The Israeli government, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, must decide on the issue of sovereignty. The Likud cannot give up one of the key ideological flags it has wielded for many years. If not now, and if not Netanyahu-led Likud - who is? There are moments in the life of a nation where one has to look to the northern star of history. Thus Ben-Gurion used to announce the establishment of the state, for annexing the Golan Heights and peace with Egypt, and at the moment the historic challenge is at Netanyahu's door.

The Likud must not miss another historic opportunity. On May 17, 1977, the night of the historic upheaval, the rule of left-wing elites could be replaced by law, academia, and the media. This was the chosen and legitimate expectation of most citizens. The late Menachem Begin, in most of his righteousness or innocence, did not complete the requested upheaval. The liberal left spirit continues to lead the media, including the state corporation.

The late Menachem Begin greatly appreciated Aharon Barak. At a festive event, Begin said that Barak is the only good heirloom he received from the late Yitzhak Rabin. Aharon Barak, under the auspices of the statement "There are judges in Jerusalem", established judicial activism and thus for decades the systems of government in Israel have been disrupted.

MK Osnat Mark, who may represent Likud on the Judiciary Committee, said: "We are looking for judges who are close to our worldview." A false statement is not necessary. Excellent, conservative judges who can give expression to the spirit of the people and restore the confidence in the court, eroded by the political monotony that rules it.
