May be spent under restrictions: The Israeli government on Friday approved the Corona Cabinet decision last Wednesday to allow cultural and entertainment events to be held, with a number of restrictions. The approval was given by telephone referendum between the members of the government.

As part of the easing, cultural events will be held - including plays, music performances, shows and film screenings, for up to 250 people, and occupy 75 percent of the showroom content. Also, events of between 250 and 500 people will be made possible with special permission, and events where the audience is standing or dancing will still be banned.

The removed restrictions were, as you recall, imposed as part of an effort to curb the Corona virus. And the approval for their removal was obtained despite the increase in the number of patients in recent days. Just this morning, the Ministry of Health announced that 323 Corona patients had been diagnosed in Israel, the highest number in one day since the end of April.

Yesterday, it crossed the threshold of 20,000 infected in Corona, where 134 new infected persons were identified last night by the Ministry of Health and Head of National Security.

At a hearing Wednesday before the Corona Cabinet convened, attended by senior health officials at the national security headquarters, the two surprised by the stiff line in the fight against the Corona virus, Professor Itamar Grotto and Professor Sigal Sadecki, when they presented opposing positions on the political echelon. The comments of the two were brought out in News 12 yesterday.

"It is not possible to cut more than 50% of the infection chain," stated the head of public health at the Ministry of Health, Professor Sadecki, apparently referring to the popular opinion that the epidemiological investigation in the Ministry of Health is not working properly.

Also Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Health, Professor Grotto presented a different position while aiming for the opening of the sky to which PM Netanyahu directed this week in a statement alongside the Greek Prime Minister who visited Israel. "Once the skies open between 'green' states, no isolation or testing is necessary, as the tests are also inaccurate."
