Alexander Kuznetsov, deputy director of the Institute for the Settlement of Political Crisis in Russia, stressed that the US unilateral coercive measures imposed on Syria, especially the so-called "Caesar Law", target the Syrian people's livelihood and demonstrate once again the brutality of American policy.
In an interview with a SANA correspondent in Moscow, Kuznetsov indicated that this "law" aims to make the living conditions of Syrians who are already suffering due to the repercussions of the unjust terrorist war on their homeland and which destroyed the infrastructure in it, difficult.
He stressed the necessity of assisting Syria and going to the UN Security Council to consider these illegal American measures that violate human rights in Syria, especially his right to life, and to consider the legal basis for the so-called “Caesar’s Law” short and abstract of material evidence, and thus declaring these measures invalid according to international conventions.
