Today, the Russian Foreign Ministry condemned the terrorist organizations' continuing crimes against the right of civilians in Idlib and prevented them from taking the exams of basic and secondary education certificates.

In a statement, the Ministry pointed out that terrorist groups attacked buses transporting Syrian students from Idlib to Hama in order to present the exams, and said that this constitutes "clear evidence of the arbitrariness of the militants in Idlib who terrorize civilians and commit crimes and illegal acts," stressing that impeding freedom of movement of civilians is A flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.

A Sana correspondent from Tarnaba Corridor, west of Saraqib, stated that the terrorist organizations supported by the Erdogan regime also continued today, preventing more than 2,600 students from Idlib Governorate who gathered from different areas of the province in the town of Neirab from leaving for Hama to submit their exams and confiscated their bags, personal belongings and personal identities remarkably Until the terrorist groups also assaulted the bus drivers that were to transport the students and confiscated their identity cards and buses.

The ministry indicated that terrorists deprive the children of Idlib not only of the freedom of movement stipulated in Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but also of the right to education as defined in Article 26 of this document.

The Ministry stressed the need for the international community and United Nations representatives to act against these crimes and not only monitor the arbitrary and criminal actions of terrorists in silence, adding that "the children of Idlib, whom the Security Council often mentions during the anti-terrorist operation, are now forgotten."
