Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi confirmed today that the political decision issued by the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) against Tehran is unacceptable.

Mousavi said in a press conference today that "the board of rulers took unacceptable action to Iran after it showed the highest level of cooperation and transparency in the framework of guarantees with the board of governors and the International Atomic Energy Agency," noting that "it is not acceptable to put pressure on Iran again with false pretenses and on the basis of Silly, baseless allegations of unofficial, wrong and incomplete information.

Mousavi stressed that his country does not bow to this matter under pressure and blackmail, explaining that "the Europeans, especially the three European countries, Germany, Britain and France entered into an unconstructive and dangerous game and fell into the Zionist trap," warning against continuing the current approach towards Iran.

The Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency adopted a resolution yesterday against Iran alleging its lack of cooperation with the investigations carried out by the agency on its soil.

For his part, Iranian Atomic Energy Organization spokesman Bahruz Kamalundi stressed that the demands and questions of the International Atomic Energy Agency from Iran must be in accordance with transparent legal evidence and not according to false and undocumented intelligence.

In an article he wrote and legally commented on the recent report issued by the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency before the recent decision of the Board of Governors was issued, Kamalundi stressed that the demands outside the framework of the obligations contained in the comprehensive safeguards agreement and the additional protocol affect bilateral cooperation between Iran and the agency.

He pointed out that the IAEA asked Iran in the report to allow its inspectors to reach two places in Iran based on false information and documents that came through Zionist intelligence, stressing that Iran considers such accusations an illegitimate innovation and therefore member states should not allow such a bad innovation to affect Under political pressure on the march of inspections by the IAEA.
