Tourists will either "be tested negative for less than 96 hours for the new coronavirus or be tested at Dubai Airport , " the center said, adding that those tested positive will be in their 14-day quarantine period. Visitors must also be covered by international health insurance, download a mobile application to communicate information about them and complete a "health declaration". Citizens and residents of Dubai will be allowed to travel from Tuesday.
