The epidemic situation of the new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) has eased slightly, and the upper limit of group aggregation has been relaxed from 8 to 50 people. Today (21st) coincides with the 11th month of Father's Day and the "7.21 event". A Telegram group launched the "Father's Day and You Shop" in District 4 of Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories, appealing to the public to respond at 1:30 in the afternoon. At 12:45 pm, the event venues were announced as New Century Plaza in Mong Kok, Times Square in Causeway Bay, New Town Plaza in Sha Tin and Yoho Mall in Yuen Long.

The man reported that he was injured, and dozens of riot police escorted them down and boarded the ambulance to leave. When they were escorted, they even made insulting gestures. Cen Zijie then put away the street station and urged people on the scene to go to other street stations such as "Student Action Source" to oppose the Hong Kong version of the National Security Law.
