Lattakia-Sana
The direct selling market from the product to the consumer, which was opened by the branch of the Syrian Establishment for Trade in the seventh project district in Lattakia, gives shoppers an opportunity to purchase "vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, dairy products, cheese and dairy products" from away from the mediation rings at low prices.
Camera SANA visited the market and polled the opinions of citizens. Noha Salman Hassan described the idea of the market as excellent, indicating that its prices are acceptable compared to local markets, stressing that the presence of the market will push traders to stop raising their prices, which will contribute to achieving a kind of price stability.
Hanan Ismail pointed to the availability of a wide variety of commodities in the market with a shortage of some materials such as oil and obesity, which are sold in other markets at high prices.
Deposit Wassouf expressed her satisfaction with the opening of the market near her house in the seventh project, where she found a suitable alternative to buying from the shops that spread in the region, because its prices are very acceptable, especially the prices of white and red meat.
Asriyah Ismail called on those in charge of the market to provide the basic needs of citizens with reasonable prices, while Layla Salim called for placing an employee at the door of the hall to avoid bad organization in the market.
A number of citizens also noted the experience of the market in terms of the abundance of products and their price, and found in it a positive step to rebalance the markets, since vegetables are directly hired from farmers and put in the halls at low prices.
