Occupied Jerusalem-Sana
The Palestinian presidency reiterated that the occupation’s plans to annex Palestinian lands in the West Bank will not pass and will be doomed to failure.
A Palestinian presidential spokesman, Nabil Abu Rdainah, said in a statement reported by the Wafa Agency: "We say with confidence and merit that the battle is continuing, severe and long, but we are taking important steps to thwart all plans, whether related to annexation or other measures of the Israeli occupation."
Abu Rudeina stressed that any settlement process for the Palestinian issue must guarantee the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967 with Jerusalem as its capital.
