A southerly airstream is bringing showers along the coast of South China and the northern South China Sea.

Weather: Hong Kong is generally cloudy today with occasional showers; local thunderstorms in the morning, sunny and hot in the afternoon, and temperatures ranging from 27 to 32 degrees, blowing mild southerly winds.

The Observatory's outlook: There will still be a few showers tomorrow with sunny periods; the next two or three days will be generally fine and very hot.
