[07:30] The Hong Kong Government will hold a flag-raising ceremony at the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai at 8 am, followed by a reception to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of the reunification at the convention and exhibition.
In response to the epidemic situation this year, a number of round tables were set up at the reception for guests to sit down to avoid excessive contact. As for the security inspection arrangements, this year all the media need to register and check their luggage before entering the venue. There are also police dogs who are responsible for sniffing bags.
