The instructor of the Diploma of Culinary Arts came from the famous chefs of Disciples Escoffier, one of the top schools in the world of culinary arts. The diploma courses are divided into the "Diploma of French Culinary Arts" and "Diploma of French Pastry Arts". The design of the cooking course is gradual, starting from the use of knives and understanding the ingredients.
