Mysterious green circles are budding in France, a conspiracy group implicated

2020-07-02T23:34:26.675Z

Several people have been arrested. They belong to the "National Transitional Council", a movement considered close to conspiracy circles.

But who the hell is painting a green round of flags, panels and walls all over France? These strange spheres, which appeared this past week in many departments of France (Morbihan, Lot, Gers, Aveyron, Corrèze, Dordogne ...), do not contain any inscription or slogan. Are they affiliated with ecology, the big winner of the last municipal elections? Do they respond to any challenge launched on the Internet? Are they the work of street artists, brought together as a collective?

The mystery remained whole until the opening of multiple investigations and the arrest of several people in recent days. In Tarn-et-Garonne, where the authorities have identified 188 green circles on public buildings, shops and schools, investigations led by the Montauban company led to the arrest of a 42-year-old man and the identification of three others. In Ille-et-Vilaine too, “ an investigation was opened and the respondents were heard. A criminal response will be brought quickly, "said the prosecutor of the Republic of Rennes Philippe Astruc. The authors incur a fine of up to 3,750 euros, according to the article of the penal code 322-1.

Anti-government, anti-vaccines, anti-" new world order "

Since then, the action has been claimed by the National Transitional Council of France (CNTF). This “ collective of citizens ” was born in 2015, following “ the flagrant and unacceptable violation of the result of a democratic referendum of May 29, 2005, followed by a decade of decisions contrary to the will expressed by a sovereign people ” , can you read on his website. Its members must theoretically take an oath at the CNTF in order to establish a " transition program ", which includes in particular " the arrest and trial of those responsible for treason committed against the Nation ", or " recognition of the CNTF by several UN member states ”.

Anti-Europe, anti-State, anti-government, the movement wishes to establish " the sovereignty of and of the peoples over politicians ". Among its targets, multinationals, the WHO - which would bring together the " main chemical-pharmaceutical companies on the planet " -, vaccines - which would allow " nanotechnological implants to control the life of each human " -, 5G antennas , the " new world order ", the " mystical sects " ...

Led by the inventor of " demosophy "

A conspiratorial cocktail concocted by Eric-Régis Fiorile, already known to the police. Presenting himself for almost 30 years as the inventor of "demosophy", a model of anti-oligarchic society, the man wishes to establish a new governance, by replacing all instances by the " National Transitional Council ", the sole authority legitimate in his eyes. Already active on social networks for several years, he called on some 300 people to prepare a " coup " on July 14, 2015, as Le Figaro had previously reported . If this action, which aimed to " occupy the Elysee Palace with the support of the army ", had turned out to be a flop, this does not seem to be the case with these new green circles.

In an explanatory video published on Youtube on June 29, Mr. Fiorile explains to Internet users that “ the symbol of a green circle is adopted to represent the union of all the peoples of the Earth in peace and freedom. "The movement believes that" It is the symbol of a new human civilization, without politicians or dominant sects. »The objective? Give visibility to those who " are fed up " with " this whole system ". " All those who are aware now have a means of expression, " explains Eric-Régis Fiorile. Seen almost 10,000 times, the video is neck and neck with the movement's program, and a video conference by supporters on the multi-billionaire Bill Gates.

Among the other means of expression of Mr. Fiorile, his Facebook account, on which he has continued in recent weeks to denounce confinement " as stupid as illegal " in the face of a " ghost pandemic ", and masks, which he compared with " muzzles ". For now, the investigations in progress are focused on the authors of the inscriptions " and not on the sponsor who is known, " said a police officer from Lot to AFP.
