US President Donald Trump said Thursday in a White House press briefing that June's labor figures are "historical data" and that the U.S. economy is "roaring back."

Fox News quoted the president as saying that coordinating with the governors in the various states "works very well."

"The United States economy added five million new jobs during June, shattering all expectations. The stock market is doing very well and this is the highest monthly increase in our country's history," the president said.

Fox has claimed that the US economy has added 4.8 million jobs in the past month and that the unemployment rate in the fall has dropped to 11.3%. It is estimated that forecasts projected an increase of three million jobs and an unemployment rate of over 12 percent.

Addressing the Corona virus, Trump strongly attacked China, saying: "They could prevent this. They could stop it. You know it, I know it." Despite rising figures for the sick and the dead, Trump argued that the Corona focal points in cities are "only temporary" and expressed optimism about the situation.

The director of the Center for Infectious Diseases and a member of the presidential task force for the fight against the corona epidemic, Dr. Antony Pucci, warned yesterday of a large increase in morbidity and mortality from the corona epidemic in the United States.

Dr. Fauchi said the difficult things during a hearing at the Washington Senate Health and Labor Committee. Fauchi cautioned that he was "very concerned" and claimed that "the numbers speak for themselves.
