Today, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry condemned the continued violations by the Turkish regime of Iraqi sovereignty, affirming that this system constitutes a major source of instability in the region.
A statement by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry stated that "Egypt condemns the continued Turkish violations of Iraqi sovereignty, with weak national security claims and stresses that the continuation of this rejected approach would undermine security and regional peace."
The statement stressed Egypt's full solidarity with Iraq, people and government, in the face of these provocative practices of the Turkish regime, and called on all parties to respect and truly say Iraqi sovereignty.
It is noteworthy that the Turkish regime forces repeatedly violated the sanctity of Iraqi lands .. And the joint operations command in the Iraqi army denounced last month that the regime's planes violated the airspace of Iraq and bombed a refugee camp, stressing that it was an unacceptable provocative act and should not be repeated, as the parliament and Iraqi political blocs emphasized that this Breach constitutes an aggression against the sovereignty of the country.
