He served as the secretary of the Shanwei Municipal Party Committee from 2011 to 2013. He once handled the Wukan Village incident. Zheng Yanxiong was born in August 1963 and is 56 years old. He was born in Chaonan District, Shantou City, Guangdong. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1986. Zheng Yanxiong served as deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee in Shanwei City in 2005, and then gradually climbed up. From 2009 to 2011, he served as deputy secretary of the Shanwei Municipal Party Committee and mayor. Zheng was promoted to secretary of the Shanwei Municipal Party Committee in August 2011.

In 2013, Zheng Yanxiong served as the deputy minister of the Propaganda Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee. He became the Secretary-General of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee the year before. He also served as the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee since January last year.

Zheng Yanxiong recently participated in a lot of research work. Among them, at the end of last month, he went to Dongguan City with the provincial party secretary Li Xi and the governor Ma Xingrui to participate in the research. Li Jiangzhou was born in 1968, graduated from the Reconnaissance Department of the People's Public Security University of China, and joined the Ministry of Public Security in 1990.
