Tragedy in Samaria:  After hours of searching, the body of the 17-year-old boy was found dead from a cistern in an early settlement in Samaria tonight (Friday), but after medical staff on the spot had to determine his death.

Rescue forces are searching for the missing boy in Kedumim area

As we recall, yesterday evening, rescue forces learned of a missing man who had drowned in an ancient cistern, and many forces began searching for him. Yehezkel Rochem and Sharia Milecki, paramedics in a rescue union, said: "After a prolonged rescue of fire crews from the Samaria fire station, flames of the flame unit, and the teams of the Samaria-Baka rescue unit, the boy's body was sadly recovered. Also at the beginning of the event, we provided initial assistance to a middle-aged boy and a light-hearted boy who were rescued from the pit by an early rabbi.

In addition to the missing person, two other boys were rescued from the cistern, one in moderate condition and the other in mild condition and suffering from hypothermia.

Karin Moshkovich, a MDA paramedic who arrived at the scene, said: "When we arrived, two boys, aged 15, were rescued, they were conscious, one was suffering from hypothermia and his condition was moderate and the other was in mild condition. We gave them life-saving medical treatment that included body heat and medication and urgently cleared them for continued hospital care. They told us they were staying in the water for a long time. "

Just last Saturday, a 30-year-old man drowned to death near the rocky beach in Bat Yam. The on-site medical teams located the man unconscious on the shoreline and transported him to Wolfson Hospital in Holon while performing CPR. After arrival, the medical staff at the hospital had to determine his death.
